We’re now on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive Legal Assistant to join our growing Moonee Ponds team to work along-side our dedicated team of lawyers and law clerks.

Our team are entrusted with the responsibility of working closely with clients to ensure they feel supported at all times in their matter. The daily tasks include collating and organizing client information, specifically in the firm's practice management system, corresponding with external parties and ensuring deadlines are met.

Skills and experience To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following:

- Robust client customer service skills




- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Enjoy taking initiative and able to work as part of a team and autonomously.

Training and support will be given to the right candidate; however previous customer service and administration experience will be highly regarded.
