About the role

As the chosen candidate, you will be entrusted with independently overseeing the entire conveyancing process, displaying exemplary competence from start to finish. Additionally, you will work alongside a substantial team of mortgage brokers, fostering a synergistic dynamic.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee the entire conveyancing process independently from start to finish
- Manage conveyancing procedures from beginning to end
- Complete everyday conveyancing tasks, including off-the-plan transactions
- Liaise with referring parties, such as brokers and agents
- Attend networking events, luncheons, and meetings with referrers
- Work alongside a substantial team of mortgage brokers

About you

- Licensed Conveyancer
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work
- Outstanding time management skills, enabling effective completion of tasks
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Positive attitude and ease in liaising with referring parties
- Proficiency in managing conveyancing procedures from beginning to end
- Competence in everyday conveyancing tasks,



including off-the-plan transactions, with knowledge of commercial and leasing practices considered advantageous
- Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Smokeball, Trisearch (or Leap), and PEXA
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including the Conveyancers Licensing Act/Regulations and the Conveyancing Act
