YOUR NEW ROLE

As a KEY valued member of this cutting-edge nimble ‘smart’ law firm in the LITIGATION/DISPUTES team, reporting to/being mentored by the managing principal (a proven entrepreneur+impressive ex top-tier senior lawyer), you will relish the diversity engaging in interesting work acting for a broad client base Australia-wide.

Specifically, you will love taking ownership of your own litigation practice/clients advising & resolving disputes relating to:

- Intellectual property- mainly trade marks; and
- Other commercial disputes- eg commercial contracts, corporate/business law, debt recovery/insolvency, privacy law, defamation & employment law.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- Are an admitted solicitor;
- have a minimum of 3 years (or more) experience in commercial litigation (preferably including some intellectual property litigation but not essential);
- have high attention to detail+ strong drafting/communication/people skills+advocacy and negotiation skills;
- have an entrepreneurial spirit & willing to participate in business development/marketing;
