Role DescriptionWe are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to support the planning, monitoring, and optimization of logistics and supply chain operations. The role focuses on analyzing transportation, inventory, warehouse, and delivery data to improve operational efficiency, service levels, cost performance, and overall supply chain visibility.

Key responsibilities include collecting, validating, and analyzing logistics data, monitoring shipment and delivery performance, evaluating transportation costs, tracking inventory movements, and identifying operational trends or potential issues. The Logistics Analyst will prepare reports and dashboards, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide data-driven insights to support logistics planning and operational decision-making.

The role also involves reviewing logistics processes, analyzing transportation routes and delivery schedules, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to workflows and resource utilization. The successful candidate will collaborate with warehouse, procurement, transportation, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues, improve service quality, and support continuous supply chain improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, inventory management, and supply chain operations.




- Ability to collect, organize, validate, and analyze logistics and operational data.
- Robust analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of logistics KPIs including delivery performance, transportation costs, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and lead time.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
- Familiarity with ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or supply chain platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data analysis and visualization tools is an advantage.
- Ability to prepare clear reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations.
- Understanding of shipment tracking, route planning, inventory movements, and logistics documentation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical operational improvements.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on efficiency, accuracy, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.
