The Role:

- Manage a diverse portfolio of SME, corporate and individual clients

- Oversee workflow across compliance, tax and advisory engagements

- Provide strategic advice including cash flow forecasting and business planning

- Review work and delegate effectively across the team

- Mentor and develop junior and intermediate accountants

- Work closely with Partners on client strategy and growth initiatives

About You:

- CA or CPA qualified

- 5+ years’ experience in Business Services within public practice

- Solid technical knowledge of Australian tax legislation





- Proven experience reviewing work and managing workflow

- Demonstrated advisory capability and commercial mindset

- Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills

- Motivated, proactive and interested in long-term career progression
