Be the business hub — connecting sales, the workshop floor, and our customers. Manage job timelines, quoting, customer communication, and day-to-day workflow. Oversee cash flow, P&L;, stock ordering, and WHS compliance. Work directly alongside the Managing Director, BDM, and Production Manager.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee WHS compliance

About you

- Experience in business management, operations, or workshop coordination
- Robust people skills — comfortable with customers, tradespeople, and management




- Commercially minded with basic financial literacy (P&L;, cash flow)
- Organised and proactive
- Background in heavy vehicle, trade, or transport industry an advantage — not essential

About us CraneMech is a specialist crane and heavy vehicle fabrication workshop based in North Brisbane. We service, repair, install, and inspect cranes, hook lifts, tail lifts, skip loaders, and fabricate truck bodies.
