About the role

This position of production staff is to carry out all production activities outlined by Viewscape SOP, valuable practice, targets, values and goals efficiently, safely, effectively and consistently. This inclusive of inventory receiving, storage, housekeeping, machinery operating, manual handling, packing and any other task assigned by team leader, supervisor, production manager or operation manager.

Key responsibilities

- Ensure Health and Safety is the highest priority of all production activities

- Ensure all aspects of company policies are adhered to by yourself, your colleagues and your workgroup

- Maintain workplace area clean, tidy and well organised with all orders, materials and equipment safely and properly stored

- Operate machinery and computers and perform preliminary trouble shooting of machine mechanical issues or computer if required

- Maintain high quality standard on the product assembled and product output





- Understand and follow the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) procedure

- Understand the production Kanban card process

- Perform minor preventive maintenance (PM) tasks on production machinery

- Undertake stock counts accurately and efficiently as required

- Work co-operatively, collaboratively and positively with all colleagues and communicate clearly and effectively

About you

- Able to undertake above activities without supervision and train staff as required

- Able to effectively resolve any problems and issues with the appropriate staff

- Able to react quickly and professionally to any requests and/or assistance from team leader or manager

- Adhere to policies and procedures as detailed in Employee Handbook
