Role Description The Manufacturing Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Goomburra, QLD. This role oversees daily manufacturing operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of production activities to meet output and quality targets. The supervisor leads and supports production team members, provides guidance on processes and safety practices, and ensures adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Day-to-day tasks include monitoring workflow and equipment performance, resolving operational issues, implementing production plans, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications
