We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-oriented Marketing Assistant / Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about digital marketing, social media, content creation, online campaigns, and brand growth.

? Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage and update social media platforms, including content scheduling and publishing.
- Create engaging marketing content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Assist with paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement, traffic, conversions, and other key metrics.
- Prepare marketing reports, dashboards, and campaign performance summaries.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience research.
- Assist with SEO, keyword research, website content, and online visibility initiatives.
- Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer communications.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, agencies, and external vendors.
- Assist in developing marketing materials, presentations, promotional content, and campaign assets.
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, databases, and digital assets.
- Track leads, customer engagement, and marketing funnel performance.
- Support events, promotional activities, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, social media trends, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Assist with A/B testing and recommend improvements based on campaign data.

✅ Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, Advertising,



or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, or marketing support is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant internships or personal marketing projects are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and customer acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or other content creation tools is a plus.
- Strong written communication and content creation skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to learn new marketing platforms, tools, and technologies.
