We are seeking a Campaign Success & Performance Manager III to join our team in Sydney. This newly created role reflects increased demand and offers the opportunity to become a subject matter expert in digital advertising operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with campaigns, escalating where necessary.
- Monitor ad platform updates and communicate changes to stakeholders.
- Act as the point of contact for the ad-server platform, collaborating with local and global experts.
- Oversee campaign operations, align with global ad tech updates, and coordinate with offshore teams.
- Partner closely with internal sales teams and clients to ensure campaign success.

Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years in Ad Operations, AdTech, or digital advertising.
- Strong technical background with ad-tech systems, scripting, and backend troubleshooting.




- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, scientific, or technical field.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns in the ANZ market.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience across other APAC markets.
- SQL proficiency and exposure to data analytics.
- Excellent English language skills.

Interview Process Three rounds: introductory, commercial-focused, and final with sales leadership.
