? Marketing Interns Wanted, LiveHaus (Sydney)

LiveHaus is Australia's next-gen business events platform, curated networking evenings across Sydney and Melbourne spanning Startups, Sales, Tech, HR, Health, and Marketing. We're growing fast, and we're looking for 2 Marketing Interns to join our team and help power Season 4 and beyond.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You'll be working directly with our founder and existing marketing team, and you'll come away with real experience across events, partnerships, and multi-channel marketing execution, not just busywork.

What you'll be doing:

- Coordinating speaker and panelist comms (emails, WhatsApp engagement, follow-ups)
- Managing and updating our event pages (website + Humanitix)
- Reaching out to potential sponsors, venue partners, and marketing partners
- Running email and SMS campaigns and LinkedIn outreach
- Prepping event day materials, slide decks, attendee lists, social media scheduling
- Supporting volunteer coordination across our events

What we're looking for:

- Someone proactive,



organised, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Strong written communication skills (you'll be emailing speakers, sponsors, and partners directly)
- Genuinely curious about events, marketing, or startups
- No prior experience required, we'll train you through our onboarding process and systems, and you won't be doing this alone, you'll be sharing the workload with another intern
