? We're Hiring: Marketing Manager at AMD Group! ?

Are you a strategic marketing leader ready to drive brand growth, integrated campaigns, and performance across a dynamic multi-industry portfolio? AMD Group is looking for a strategic Marketing Manager to own marketing strategy, planning, and performance across our five subsidiaries.

? Work Setup: On-Site at our Maadi office (Sunday to Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop annual marketing strategy and quarterly plans for each of the five subsidiaries.
- Own integrated campaign architecture across digital, content, paid media, and brand.
- Manage key performance metrics—including ROAS, CAC, engagement, and lead quality—reporting monthly to subsidiary stakeholders and GM.
- Brief and supervise the Digital Marketing Specialist and Content Manager.
- Lead AMD Holding's own corporate brand presence across LinkedIn, case studies, and thought leadership.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 7-10 years of marketing or strategy experience in an agency or in-house setting.
- Budget Ownership: Demonstrated ownership of multi-channel campaigns backed by EGP 1M+ media budgets.
- Sector Background:



Experience across at least two of the following: B2B services, retail, telecom, real estate, or financial services.
- Core Competencies: Fluency in strategic frameworks (segmentation, positioning, customer journey mapping, brand architecture) and strong analytics proficiency (GA4, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Postgraduate marketing certifications like CIM/IDM are a plus).
