MECHANICAL FITTERS - FIFO Project Work South Australia

We’re looking for experienced Mechanical Fitters to join upcoming projects in Regional SA, involving new plant installation, mechanical construction and equipment fit-up, with FIFO, camp accommodation and 2/1 or 3/1 rosters, 10-12 hour days available.

The Role

- General mechanical fitter duties associated with current plant and equipment.
- Installation, assembly, fit-up and mechanical construction activities.
- Working from drawings, specifications and supervisor direction.
- Inspection and verification of completed mechanical work.
- No rebuild work is currently anticipated.
- This is project-based work rather than a permanent maintenance position.
- Assignment duration expected to range from several weeks to several months, subject to project requirements.





What you'll need

- To be a Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter.
- Relevant experience with new plant installation or construction projects.
- Ability to work safely and productively in a project environment.
- Current Driver's License & White Card
- Pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
