What you’ll be doing

You’ll play an significant role in keeping our practice running beautifully, including:

- Welcoming patients with a warm and friendly approach
- Managing appointments, bookings and patient enquiries
- Answering phones and emails
- Processing payments and Medicare/private health billing
- Maintaining accurate patient information
- Liaising with doctors, nurses and the wider team
- Helping with the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
- Providing the kind of patient experience that makes people want to come back
