The Role
You’re the first face members and their guests see, and the steady hand that keeps their day running smoothly. At Clarence, that’s not a front-desk job it’s a relationship job. You’re the person members trust to get things right, quietly and well.
Our Philosophy: Built by Lawyers, for Lawyers
Clarence isn’t generic co-working. For 25+ years we’ve built environments exclusively for sole practitioners and small law firms. Every role here, including this one, exists in service of that promise. Four principles guide how we work:
- Members First – Every decision starts with “how does this serve our members?” You’ll anticipate needs before they’re voiced, not just react to requests.
- Member Experience – The details matter. A well-run meeting room, a message passed on accurately, a warm greeting, these small moments build the trust that keeps firms choosing Clarence.
- Knowledge & Professionalism – You represent a brand lawyers trust. That means discretion, polish, and genuinely understanding the workplace you’re supporting.
- A Workspace by Lawyers, for Lawyers – You don’t need a law degree, but you do need to appreciate why confidentiality, professionalism, and precision aren’t optional here.
What You’ll Do

and event setup
- Provide day-to-day administrative and office support to members

- Keep communal spaces immaculate, because presentation is part of the member experience
- Jump in wherever needed at Clarence, no task is too big or small
