HSS Recruitment is looking for experienced Earthmoving Plant Operators for ongoing TSF and civil earthworks projects across multiple clients in the Goldfields and Pilbara. With several jobs running and more kicking off, we need reliable operators for immediate and upcoming starts.

Outstanding opportunity to secure ongoing FIFO or BIBO work with established contractors across WA.

What is on offer:

- Sites spread across the Goldfields and Pilbara
- FIFO and BIBO options available
- 2:1 rosters, days only or day/night rotas
- Competitive rates based on real seat time
- Temp to perm potential for top operators

Operators needed:

- Excavators: 35T up to production size (Trimble / Topcon highly regarded)
- Dozers: D6, D7, D8, D9 and D11 (Trimble / Topcon highly regarded)
- Graders: 14M, 16M and 24M
- Loaders: CAT and Komatsu
- Articulated and Rigid Dump Trucks
- Water Carts

What you need:

- 12+ months operating heavy gear in civil, mining or earthworks
- TSF or tailings dam experience highly regarded




- Valid tickets and WA Driver's Licence
- White Card and solid safety track record
- Able to pass a full pre-employment medical and D&A; screen
- Two recent, checkable operating references
