About Bayside Mobile Physio

Bayside Mobile Physio delivers in-home physiotherapy across Greater Sydney for NDIS, aged care, and private clients. We're growing our coverage in Outer Western Sydney and Penrith, and looking for a physiotherapist who wants full caseload flexibility without giving up quality of care. We're expanding our contractor network and welcome experienced clinicians ready to build a community-based caseload on their own terms.

The Opportunity

This contract role offers genuine flexibility, autonomy, and rewarding community-based clinical work. You'll deliver mobile physiotherapy services directly in clients' homes and community settings, focusing on:

- Evidence-based care: Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored treatments.
- Rehabilitation: Design and implement individualised rehabilitation and exercise programs.
- Client education: Empower clients, families, and care teams through targeted education.
- Multidisciplinary collaboration: Maintain professional communication with referrers and healthcare teams.
- Clinical documentation: Complete accurate case notes in line with professional standards.

This role suits clinicians looking for a flexible supplement to their current commitments. We offer a progressive referral model, so you can grow your caseload at your own pace while we match referrals to your preferred suburbs and availability.

Requirements

- Professional Registration: Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Insurance: Valid Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
- Business Setup: Valid ABN.
- Transport: Current Australian driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.




- Compliance Checks: National Police Check.
- First Aid & CPR: Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Experience: Prior aged care, disability, neurological rehabilitation or community experience is valued.
- Availability: Must have weekday daytime availability.
