MULTI-SKILLED MOBILE PLANT OPERATORS

Permanent Positions | Regional NSW

RECS Group Australia is seeking experienced and reliable Mobile Plant Operators to join our growing team in permanent, full-time positions.

With long-term contracts secured throughout regional NSW, we can offer stable employment and the opportunity to work across a variety of civil construction, environmental rehabilitation and mining-related projects.

The role will involve operating a range of mobile plant, including:

- Graders
- Excavators
- Dozers
- Articulated Dump Trucks
- Rollers
- Water Carts

Reporting to the Project Supervisor, you will be an important member of a high-performing project team. We are looking for operators who take pride in their work, care for their equipment and are committed to delivering protected, high-quality outcomes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Safely operate mobile plant in accordance with project requirements, specifications and company procedures
- Complete earthworks and other civil construction activities to the required standard
- Carry out daily pre-start inspections and basic maintenance
- Identify and report equipment faults or safety concerns
- Follow site plans, supervisor instructions and project programs
- Maintain accurate plant and operational records where required
- Work cooperatively with supervisors, operators and other project personnel
- Comply with all RECS Group workplace health,



safety, environmental and quality requirements
- Undertake a variety of tasks associated with civil, environmental rehabilitation and mining-related projects

ABOUT YOU To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Previous experience operating mobile plant in civil construction, earthworks, mining or a similar environment
- A current Class C Driver Licence
- Relevant plant competencies, tickets or VOCs
- A strong commitment to safe work practices
- A reliable, self-motivated and team-focused attitude
- The ability to follow plans, specifications and instructions
- A willingness to assist with different tasks and operate multiple types of plant
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment
- A willingness to work across regional NSW and away from home when required

Experience operating multiple types of plant will be highly regarded. Final-trim or GPS/machine-control experience would also be advantageous.
