Mobilisation Coordinator - 8:6 Roster

Source: uWorkin Primero is currently seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team on a full time, Perth-based 8:6 Roster. This position will be based out of our Brand New CBD Office and serving as a Back-to-Back for another Mobilisation Coordinator, providing 7-day-a-week mobilisation coverage to our projects between the 2 team-members.

In this role you will be responsible for adhering to the Primero and client mobilisation processes, ensuring Primero personnel and contractors are mobilised to site in a compliant manner.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for mobilisation coordination for all white & blue collar personnel to Project sites
- Understand and uphold project and position minimum requirements.
- Accurately track progress and compliance for individuals mobilising to projects
- Ensure records are maintained in the onboarding and training records system.
- Work closely with the Recruitment team to ensure project mobilisation targets are met.
- Ordering and distribution of PPE to individuals.
- Raise purchase orders for medicals, training, and labour hire personnel.
- Source and schedule required training for individuals.

About The Candidate

- 2+ years mobilisation experience (ideally in the engineering or resources sectors).
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including excel.
- Strong organisational skills, persistence and time management coupled with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A personalised customer service approach applying it to your colleagues and candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team focused and able to contribute to a positive and engaging work environment.
