Coastline Advice is a well-established Financial Advice and Mortgage Broking firm with a strong reputation for delivering tailored, strategic advice. Our practice focuses on long-term client relationships, holistic planning, and professional excellence. With a growing client base, we are looking for an experienced Mortgage Broker to lead our Mortgage Brokering business.

With offices located in Torquay, Anglesea, Barwon heads, Geelong, Werribee, Melbourne, Wonthaggi and Merimbula, our growing business, services regional Victoria and New South Wales.

About the role

As a experienced Mortgage Broker, you will manage the end-to-end lending process, from understanding clients' objectives and structuring finance through to application, approval and settlement.

You will have the opportunity to:

About you We are looking for someone who:

- Has solid experience as an experienced mortgage broker
- Holds the relevant Australian broking qualifications and accreditations and be a current member of either the MFAA or FBAA.
- Has strong knowledge of residential lending and lender policies
- Is confident managing clients and referral relationships
- Has a proven ability to generate and convert business
- Is commercially minded and growth focused
- Takes pride in providing exceptional client service
- Is organised, professional and able to manage the full loan lifecycle
- Travel may be required for client appointments at our various office locations.

Prior experience with AFG and Broker Engine is highly desirable along with being tech savvy and open to learning new programs. We're particularly interested in someone who wants more than simply processing loans — someone who wants to build something, grow their network and play a meaningful role in the future of the business.
