Adventure Bikes Tours is a new motorcycle adventure company looking for two passionate and highly experienced people to help us build and operate our tours.

We are looking for people who don't just ride motorcycles — they love the adventure that comes with them.

POSITION 1 — MAIN MOTORCYCLE TOUR GUIDE

We are looking for a highly experienced motorcycle rider to become our Main Tour Guide, riding alongside our customers and helping lead our motorcycle adventures.

You must

- Be highly experienced in all aspects of motorcycle riding
- Be confident and experienced riding on sealed roads and dirt/off-road terrain
- Be comfortable riding in groups
- Be confident leading and managing group rides
- Have excellent motorcycle control and road awareness
- Be experienced with longer-distance and adventure riding
- Have a clean or acceptable driving/riding history
- Hold the appropriate and current motorcycle licence
- Be willing to complete a licence and driving-history check
- Provide clear photos of the front and back of your driver's/motorcycle licence
- Complete and sign our Driver/Rider Consent Form
- Be highly motivated, reliable and professional
- Have a robust sense of adventure
- Be flexible and adaptable
- Be comfortable dealing with changing weather, road conditions and unexpected situations
- Enjoy meeting people and creating a great experience for customers
- Be prepared to take responsibility for helping keep the group safe and on track

The right person will be a confident rider,



natural leader and someone who can make customers feel comfortable while still delivering an exciting adventure. POSITION 2 — MOTORCYCLE ADVENTURE TOUR PLANNER / COORDINATOR

We are also looking for a passionate and motivated person to help plan, organise and develop our motorcycle adventure tours.

Responsibilities may include

- Planning motorcycle routes and itineraries
- Researching sealed roads, dirt roads and adventure routes
- Finding destinations, attractions and points of interest
- Planning fuel, food, accommodation and rest stops
- Considering road, weather and riding conditions
- Developing new motorcycle adventure experiences
- Helping organise tour schedules
- Coordinating with the Tour Guide
- Helping manage customer arrangements
- Adapting plans when conditions change
- Bringing new ideas to help grow Adventure Bikes Tours

A robust knowledge of motorcycles, touring, road riding and dirt riding is highly desirable. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR For both positions, we want people who are:

PAYMENT & PROFIT SHARING

This is a new business opportunity,



so remuneration is negotiable depending on experience, responsibilities and level of involvement.

There may also be an opportunity for profit sharing for the right people who become an important part of building and growing the business.

We are open to discussing different arrangements with the right candidates.

ICENCE & DRIVING HISTORY CHECK

All applicants involved in riding for Adventure Bikes Tours will be required to:

- Hold the appropriate current motorcycle licence
- Provide a clear photo of the front and back of their licence
- Complete and sign the Driver/Rider Consent Form
- Consent to a licence and relevant driving/riding history check
- Disclose any current licence restrictions, suspensions or disqualifications
- Meet our safety and insurance requirements
