Pool Technician / Installer Responsibilities

- Cleaning and maintaining residential and commercial pools and spas
- Water testing and chemical balancing
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting pool equipment issues
- Installing and commissioning pumps, filters, chlorinators, heat pumps, automation systems and other pool equipment
- Equipment repairs and warranty work
- Identifying maintenance requirements and providing recommendations to customers
- Maintaining accurate service records and job notes
- Providing skilled customer service on-site

Customer Service & Retail Responsibilities

- Assisting customers with pool and spa care advice
- Water testing and interpreting results
- Recommending chemicals and equipment solutions




- Processing sales and customer orders
- Maintaining store presentation and stock displays
- Assisting with stock control and receiving deliveries
- Supporting the service team with scheduling and customer communication
- Delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term customer relationships

What We're Looking For

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, honest and well-presented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current manual driver's licence (required for field-based roles)
- Pool industry experience highly regarded but not essential
- Minimum 6 months of pool cleaning or technician experience preferred
- Six months pool experience is strongly preferred for technician roles
- Plumbing, electrical, irrigation, mechanical or trade experience highly regarded
- Retail or customer service experience highly regarded
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience required for customer service roles
- Current police check or willingness to obtain one
- Police check must be obtained within the last 3 months
- Full Australian work rights are essential
