We are looking for freelance mystery shoppers based in Melbourne to conduct audits at Visa Application Centers.
As a mystery shopper, you will assess the end-to-end customer journey — including contact channels, website, security checks, reception, biometric procedures, and staff interaction — without revealing your identity.
This is a freelance contract opportunity, not a full-time or salaried position. Ideal for detail-oriented individuals with flexibility during weekdays. Assignments are conducted in person and require adherence to scheduled appointments.
Responsibilities
✔ Visit assigned visa application centers discreetly as a regular applicant
✔ Evaluate service quality, staff professionalism, waiting times, and process efficiency
✔ Submit detailed, structured reports via our platform
✔ Follow provided audit guidelines strictly to ensure consistent data

Compensation & Coverage
Audit compensation is provided upon completion and approval of the report.
