About the role - Immediate Start The Client Services Manager is an integral part of the organization as it ensures that all client services comply with the NDIS Practice Standards and funding guidelines whilst also achieving the goals and care requirements of each client. The role requires responsiveness, collaboration and excellent communication and documentation skills.
Prospect to work flexible hours to the equivalent of 0.6 Full Time Hours (minimum) will be considered on the understanding that the additional hours to cover leave or operational needs will be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, carers, and support networks. Act as the primary point of contact for addressing client concerns, inquiries, and feedback.
- Service Delivery Oversight - Coordinate and monitor the delivery of NDIS-funded services to ensure they meet the needs and goals of clients. Conduct regular assessments and reviews to evaluate service effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance - Ensure compliance with NDIS policies, procedures, and quality standards. Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
- Support Worker Supervision and Training - Supervise and support a team of support workers and service providers. Provide guidance, coaching, and training to staff to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
- Case Management - Oversee the development and implementation of individualized care plans for clients. Coordinate multidisciplinary support services and collaborate with external stakeholders as needed to address complex client needs.
- Documentation and Reporting - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including service plans, progress notes, and incident reports. Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies and funding agencies as required.
- Continuous Improvement - Identify areas for service improvement and implement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of client services. Solicit feedback from clients and stakeholders to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement efforts.
About you
- Suitable qualifications such as Community Services, disability studies, or a related field experience.
- Previous employment experience working in the NDIS sector at a coordination and/or management level.
- Able to demonstrate a solid understanding of NDIS procedural guidelines, relevant government legislation and the funding framework of the NDIS.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team of Case Management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, support networks, and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting the rights and dignity of people with disabilities.
