United Supports is seeking a motivated and passionate Coordinator of Supports to join our growing team in Tuggerah.

About the Role

As a Coordinator of Supports, you will:

- Assist participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans
- Coordinate funded, mainstream and informal supports
- Build strong relationships with participants, families, providers and stakeholders
- Monitor participant progress and ensure supports remain aligned with their goals and needs
- Advocate for participants and assist them to navigate challenges and barriers
- Prepare reports, supporting evidence and documentation where required
- Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes

Suite provided including laptop, phone and generous car allowance. This position requires availability to work full-time hours (38 hours per week).

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience as a Support Coordinator or within the Disability/NDIS sector
- Is available to work full-time hours (38 hours per week)
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Is organised, proactive and capable of managing competing priorities
- Can perform basic maths required for Support Coordination, in order to review budgets, calculate funding utilisation, forecasting spend, and identifying funding risks




- Has robust written communication skills and attention to detail
- Is confident advocating for participants and thinking outside the box to solve problems
- Is willing to learn, accept feedback and develop their skills on a ongoing basis
- Shares our commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for participants
- Has experience with Microsoft Office programs incuding Excell, Word and Outlook
