About the job

This role will require you to live in the Pilbara, & we're looking for people ready to start immediately. We can't help you with accommodation or moving expenses, & we can not offer support for visa applicants.

This is a contractor role (not salary), paying hourly rates, weekly.

Applicants must have unrestricted Australian work rights.

We have opportunities available for male & female carers in & around Hedland, Wickham, Roebourne, Karratha, Tom Price & Onslow.

Qualifications & experience

- Provide First Aid including CPR.
- A full drivers license & your own insured car.
- A valid police clearance (Working With Children check is advantageous) or the ability to get one is essential.
- NDIS Workers Screening is an industry pre-requisite. We can help you get this.
- If you have honesty, integrity, & a caring nature, no other experience is necessary.

Tasks & responsibilities





- Supporting disabled adults & children with daily living activities in their homes: It might be doing a load of laundry, preparing a meal, doing some dishes or general domestic cleaning. For some it might require a teaching or mentoring role, helping participants to develop skills so they can maintain & build their independence. For daily living services, most clients need similar help every day.
- Helping people get to & from appointments or social activities. It might be to the doctor, the post office, to a therapist, down to the shops, or out to the beach for some fishing. For social & community participation, some clients will be looking to do something different each service.
