Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Foreperson / Site Supervisor to join our Perth team on a full-time basis.

The Role

- Supervise residential apartment and commercial projects

- Supervise and coordinate trades and subcontractors

- Oversee set-out, drywall framing, fixing, flushing and external cladding works

- Manage daily site activities, programme, quality, and safety

- Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site requirements

- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard

- Maintain a safe, organised, and productive site

What You’ll Need

- Previous experience as a Foreperson, Site Supervisor, or Leading Hand

- Experience in drywall framing, fixing, flushing and cladding

- Residential apartment and commercial construction experience

- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

- Valuable understanding of construction, quality, and safety requirements

- Reliable, proactive, and hands-on approach
