Brown Plains Mazda is looking for a motivated and customer-focused New Car Sales Consultant to join our growing dealership.

Whether you're an experienced automotive salesperson or someone with strong sales/customer service skills ready to step into the industry, this is your chance to succeed in a dynamic showroom environment.

What you’ll be doing:

- Guide customers through the new vehicle buying journey from enquiry to delivery
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage
- Build relationships to generate repeat and referral business
- Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives and demonstrations
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales and profit targets
- Maintain strong knowledge of Mazda products and features
- Complete all documentation accurately and follow dealership processes
- Work with your team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

What we’re looking for:

- Sales or customer service experience (automotive preferred, not essential)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High motivation and a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Current driver’s licence (manual preferred)
- Ability to obtain or hold a Motor Salesperson’s Licence
