Night Auditor - Flag Motor Lodge, Rivervale

We're looking for a reliable Night Auditor to join our team at Flag Motor Lodge in Rivervale.

Overnight, you'll be the face of our front desk, the person guests rely on for a smooth check-in or a friendly answer to a late-night question. Alongside guest service, you'll close out the day's accounts and make sure the property is squared away and ready for the morning team. Typical duties include:

- Managing front desk activity, including guest check-ins and check-outs
- Scheduling wake-up calls and handling other concierge requests based on guest preferences
- Responding to guest requests and questions, and looping in the right staff or department when needed
- Answering phone enquiries,



including questions about new bookings
- Maintaining accurate records and official documentation for the role
- Confirming that end-of-day tasks have been completed across all departments
- Balancing and reconciling the day shift's accounts

Shift details: Overnight shifts run 11 pm–7 am, at least 3 nights a week, typically Sunday through Tuesday. Job Types: Part time, Casual

Pay: From $26.44 per hour

Experience
