At CHA, teamwork and collaboration are at the heart of what we do. Our customer service team works closely with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure our customers receive a seamless experience from enquiry through to delivery.

About the role

We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Factory Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our factory and warehouse. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, supporting their team, and driving safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate daily production activities to ensure customer orders are completed on time and to quality standards.
- Supervise the factory and warehouse team, providing guidance, support, and day-to-day direction.
- Ensure efficient warehouse operations, including stock control, receipting, and warehouse organisation.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with production standards and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, productivity, and operational efficiency.




- Resolve day-to-day production issues and support the team in achieving operational targets.
- Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to team members.
- Work closely with Procurement and Supply Chain to support stock availability and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote a safe workplace by ensuring compliance with WHS policies and safe work practices.
- Support employee performance, development, and engagement within the team.

About you

- Experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar operational workplace.
- Previous experience leading a small team or the ability to step into a leadership role.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
- Technical aptitude and a willingness to learn and develop.
- Experience with continuous improvement or process improvement initiatives is an advantage.
