About the role An exciting leadership opportunity exists for a highly motivated and experienced nursing leader to fill the Emergency Department Operations Manager role at Dubbo Health Service, a key regional referral centre within Western NSW Local Health District.
In this pivotal role, you will provide operational leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality emergency care. Working in close partnership with clinical leaders, you will support patient flow, optimise workforce performance, and drive service improvements aligned with NSW Health priorities.
We are seeking a dynamic and solutions-focused leader with demonstrated experience in healthcare operations, strong leadership capability, and a commitment to patient-centred care. You will play a critical role in supporting a high-performing multidisciplinary team within a busy and complex Emergency Department environment.
