The team promotes independence, community inclusion, personal choice, and self-advocacy, and includes Support Coordinators, Psychosocial Recovery Coaches, Support Workers, Carers, Nurses, and Mentors.

Staff receive regular training and maintain required competencies to ensure safe, professional, and reliable support. Services include daily living assistance, personal care, mental health support, community participation, nursing care, supported accommodation, specialist support coordination, skill development, and employment support.

Role Description The Office All-rounder is on-site role based in Cloverdale, WA. This is a diverse role that offers a variety of responsibilities across administration, HR support, customer service, fleet and property management, marketing, compliance, and operational support.

This position may suit an experienced administrator seeking a long-term career prospect, or a motivated university/TAFE student looking for flexible part-time work while gaining valuable business experience.

Important Notice

This is an office-based position located in Cloverdale, WA 6105. Applicants must be living in Western Australia at the time of application. Applications from interstate or overseas candidates will not be considered.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration & Office Support

- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer enquiries to the appropriate department.
- Monitor and respond to emails and general enquiries.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, coordinate schedules, and maintain meeting records.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain and organise company records, files, and documentation.
- Support management with general administrative and operational tasks.
- Ensure office systems and processes run efficiently.

Human Resources Support
- Assist with recruitment and hiring activities.
- Review applications and coordinate interviews.
- Schedule and organise staff orientations and onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain employee records and documentation.




- Assist with staff training and compliance record management.
- Coordinate employee inductions and ongoing workforce administration.

Client & Service Administration
- Assist the Service Management team with client documentation and record keeping.
- Ensure client files are maintained accurately and in accordance with compliance requirements.
- Support audits, accreditation, and quality assurance processes.
- Assist in preparing reports and operational documentation.
- Follow up on outstanding client documentation and compliance requirements.

Fleet & Vehicle Management
- Manage vehicle registrations, insurance renewals, servicing schedules, and maintenance records.
- Administer company fuel cards, including tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Maintain vehicle key registers and oversee allocation and return of keys.
- Ensure vehicle documentation is current, accurate, and compliant.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance bookings.
- Maintain fleet records and monitor vehicle-related expenses.

Property Management & Asset Coordination
- Manage company property documentation and records.
- Maintain property key registers and access controls.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance requests, and contractor visits.
- Liaise with landlords, real estate agents, contractors, and service providers.
- Track and manage company assets and equipment.
- Ensure all property-related documentation is maintained and up to date.

Accounts & Finance Support
- Process invoices, bills, and supplier payments.
- Assist with accounts administration and expense tracking.
- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
- Follow up outstanding invoices and supporting documentation.
- Assist management with budgeting and operational expense tracking.

Marketing & Communications
- Manage and update company social media platforms.
- Create and schedule engaging social media content.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate the development of flyers, brochures, and promotional materials.




- Support business development initiatives and community engagement activities.
- Assist with website updates and company branding activities.

General Operations Support
- Support management with special projects and business initiatives.
- Coordinate office events, staff meetings, and community activities.
- Assist in improving office systems, processes, and workflows.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
- Undertake other duties reasonably required to support the organisation.

Skills & ExperienceEssential Requirements ✅ Previous experience in administration, office coordination, or a similar role.

✅ Strong organisational and time-management skills.

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

✅ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

✅ Professional phone manner and customer service skills.

✅ National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).

Desirable

✅ Experience in disability, community services, aged care, or healthcare sectors.

✅ Previous HR, recruitment, or workforce coordination experience.

✅ Experience managing social media and marketing activities.

✅ Experience with property, fleet, or office management.
