Seeking an organised all-rounder who enjoys working in a fast-paced role with plenty of variety.

Your new company An exciting opportunity has become available to join a well-established, privately owned training organisation based in Geelong. Working as part of a small, collaborative team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business across administration, customer service, training coordination, accounts support and personal assistance.

This is a business where things move quickly and priorities can change throughout the day. No two days are the same, and success in this role will come from your ability to stay organised, remain adaptable and confidently juggle a variety of responsibilities. You'll enjoy being part of a team that works closely together, supports one another and isn't afraid to step in and help wherever needed.

You'll be someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, thrives on variety and understands the importance of balancing initiative with taking direction. While there will be the opportunity to take ownership and work independently, you'll also be comfortable working under guidance, responding to changing priorities and supporting the small team to achieve their objectives.

Your current role

As Office Manager, you'll be at the centre of a busy and fast-paced business, working across a broad range of administrative, accounts, operational and customer-facing responsibilities. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, can think on their feet and takes pride in keeping multiple moving parts running smoothly. Working closely with the Director,



you'll be required to shift focus as business needs change, prioritise competing tasks and provide support across a range of functions.

You'll thrive in an workplace where flexibility, teamwork and a willingness to pitch in are highly valued.

Usual hours of work are 8am - 4pm, Mon - Fri.

This is an in-office role without the chance for hybrid work arrangements.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in administration, accounts, office coordination, personal assistant, event coordination or a similar role, together with:

- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise competing deadlines
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems
- Experience and confidence processing invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll (Xero preferred)
- The ability to remain calm, organised and productive in a fast-paced workplace
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with the confidence to switch between tasks as priorities change
- The ability to work both independently and under direction
- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to support colleagues and contribute to team success
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and a professional manner
- A genuine desire to stay long-term within a small business environment
