The Company Our client is investing heavily in the future of airline retailing and customer experience through a large-scale technology transformation. Working alongside global technology partners, they are modernising core airline systems and establishing the architecture required to support future growth and innovation.

The Role

As the OOSD Architect, you will lead the architectural design of integrated airline solutions supporting the transition from traditional Passenger Service Systems (PSS) to a modern Offer, Order, Settle and Deliver ecosystem. You will ensure architectural integrity across multiple platforms while providing technical leadership across a complex, multi-vendor environment.

Responsibilities

- Design integrated airline technology solutions supporting OOSD transformation
- Develop modular migration architectures that minimise operational disruption
- Lead architecture governance across multiple workstreams and delivery partners
- Drive technical decision-making and architectural alignment
- Work closely with airline technology teams, architects and platform vendors
- Ensure solution integrity across complex, integrated environments




- Present architectural recommendations to senior business and technology stakeholders
- Support the transition from legacy PSS environments to modern Offer and Order models

What Our Client Requires

- 10-15+ years of aviation technology and architecture experience
- Extensive experience across airline systems, reservations, servicing and retailing platforms
- Strong architecture background spanning enterprise, solution and systems architecture
- Hands-on experience with Amadeus Altéa and ideally Nevio
- Strong understanding of Offer & Order, NDC and airline commerce platforms
- Experience designing solutions for airline transformation initiatives
- Proven success working within complex multi-vendor environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
