The Operations

Coordinator will handle client inquiries, route requests to the appropriate team members, and follow up to ensure timely delivery of services. Day-to-day responsibilities also include preparing basic reports, monitoring workflows, identifying process improvements, and supporting administrative tasks such as invoicing and documentation. The role requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations Management skills, including organizing workflows, coordinating tasks, and maintaining accurate records.




- Effective Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with clients and team members in writing and verbally.
- Customer Service abilities to respond promptly to inquiries, provide guidance, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Administrative Assistance skills, such as scheduling, data entry, document management, and basic reporting.
- Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify inefficiencies, and suggest practical process improvements.
- Proficiency with online collaboration tools, spreadsheets, and project management platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Previous experience in operations, administration, or customer support roles is preferred.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
