About the role

This is a delivery control role responsible for owning end-to-end delivery across all sold projects in solar and battery storage installations. You will ensure accurate scoping, disciplined scheduling, compliant installation coordination, and successful project completion. This role translates sales into executable delivery, manages subcontractor performance, enforces system and data integrity across Zoho, Pylon, ServiceM8 and Xero, and controls operational risk, cost and margin.

You will lead the delivery function to ensure all work is completed on time, on budget, and to a consistent standard, eliminating rework, reducing variation, and improving customer outcomes. A fully maintained company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone are provided.

Key responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery across all projects from sale to completion
- Validate all sold jobs for accuracy, completeness and install readiness
- Schedule and coordinate installations to optimise capacity and sequencing
- Manage installation partners, supplier relationships and performance standards
- Enforce system usage and data integrity across Zoho, Pylon, ServiceM8 and Xero
- Monitor pipeline, identify constraints, and manage delivery risk
- Control installation costs,



margins and operational cash flow inputs
- Reduce rework, variation, and delivery failure points
- Ensure WHS coordination obligations and compliance requirements are met
- Align delivery capacity with sales pipeline and growth demand

About you

- Possess a current driver's license
- 5–10 years' experience in operations, delivery, or project execution in a trade-based environment (solar, electrical, HVAC or similar)
- Proven experience managing subcontractor-based delivery models
- Strong control of scheduling, logistics, and field operations
- Commercially minded with experience managing cost, margin and performance
- Confident enforcing standards across sales, installers and systems
- High attention to detail with low tolerance for incomplete or inaccurate information
- Experience with CRM/job management systems (Zoho, ServiceM8 or similar preferred)
