Role Description The Operations & Partnership Lead is a full-time role in Victoria, Australia. This position oversees day-to-day operational workflows, including process optimization, coordination of livestock investment activities, and ensuring compliance with Shari'a and local regulatory requirements. The role involves managing relationships with key partners such as farms, suppliers, financial institutions and advisors, while identifying new partnership opportunities to support growth.

The Operations & Partnership Lead will track performance metrics, prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders, and support the development of scalable operational frameworks. Collaboration with product, finance,



and customer-facing teams is essential to deliver a reliable, ethical, and efficient investment experience.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management skills, including process improvement, workflow design, and performance tracking.
- Experience building and managing partnerships with external stakeholders, such as suppliers, financial partners, and advisors.
- Knowledge of Islamic finance principles and Shari'a-compliant investment structures, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using spreadsheets and basic data tools.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence, and present to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a collaborative workplace and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
- Background in finance, operations, agribusiness, or related fields is beneficial; relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred.
