About the role

We are seeking an experienced Queensland-licensed Property Manager to manage a small residential rent roll on a fully remote, part-time basis. No travel required.

Key responsibilities

- Manage rental receipts, arrears and trust accounts

- Coordinate repairs and maintenance from logging and triage through to quoting and completion

- Manage tenant and trade communication through TapiConduct and manage routine video inspections with proper follow-up and work orders

- Manage landlord communication as required

- Handle lease preparation drafting and entry reports

- Manage lease renewals and rent reviews

- Oversee property compliance, including smoke alarms, RCDs, pool barriers and minimum housing standards

- Maintain the compliance register and ensure required actions are followed through

About you

- Must hold a QLD real estate licence

- Minimum 2 years' property management experience

- Must have experience with PropertyMe or similar property management software

- Must have an ABN or be willing to set one up

- Experienced and self-sufficient with robust attention to detail, compliance and follow-through
