We're passionate about quality, originality, and making people smile with every bite. We're looking for a skilled and imaginative Pastry Chef to join our team and help us take our desserts to the next level for our customers.

What You'll Do:

- Prepare and make puff pastries and shortbreads to our standards of quality and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards in all kitchen areas.
- Producing high volume specialty pastry & shortbread products.
- Producing our Cinnamon Scrolls, Vanilla Slice, Profiteroles & Apple Cakes.
- Decorating / Piping Donuts





What We're Looking For:

- Minimum 1-2 years of pastry and baking experience required.
- Solid attention to detail and passion for creating exceptional desserts.
- Reliability and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Food safety awareness and commitment to cleanliness.
- Flexibility for morning, afternoon & weekend shifts if needed.
- Experience in dough sheeting machine.
