- Provide expert payroll advice throughout EA negotiations and implementation.
- Lead and contribute to projects that improve payroll readiness and delivery.
- Build strong relationships across Payroll, IR,

Workforce Planning and Systems.

About you: We’re looking for an experienced payroll qualified who can confidently navigate a complex, highly regulated environment and connect the dots between industrial instruments, people, processes and technology.

You’ll bring

- Significant experience working in a complex payroll environment.
- Strong experience interpreting and applying Enterprise Agreements.
- Sound understanding of payroll systems and system configuration.
- Experience reviewing industrial instruments and assessing their impacts.
