As demand continues to grow, we’re expanding our Behaviour Support team in Adelaide.
About the Role
This role is suited to Behaviour Support Practitioners, who are either early in their PBS career or looking to continue developing their skills within a supportive, structured environment. You’ll work with a diverse caseload across Adelaide, with the flexibility of hybrid work and strong clinical support to help you grow with confidence.
Whether you’re newly endorsed as a BSP or looking to strengthen your practice, this role offers hands-on experience, regular supervision, and access to professional development as part of a team-oriented team.
This is a permanent position with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments in line with best practice
- Develop, implement, and review Positive Behaviour Support Plans
- Work collaboratively with participants, families, support workers, and stakeholders
- Deliver training and guidance to support teams
- Monitor outcomes and adjust strategies as needed
- Maintain documentation in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements
- Participate in supervision and reflective practice
You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Behaviour Support, Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or a related field
- Registration or eligibility for registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
- A person-centred, strengths-based approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to learn, reflect, and develop within a team environment

- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

- Salary package between $75,000 – $120,000, depending on experience and skill level
