About The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Peer Programs Officer to join the Student Transition team. Help deliver high impact, peer led programs that foster student connection, confidence and success. In this hands-on coordination role, you’ll manage day to day operations across initiatives such as Peer Mentoring, Volunteering, Leadership and Orientation — from student leader recruitment and scheduling to communications and events.

About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

- Coordinate the planning, implementation, and evaluation of peer programs under general direction.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, engagement and matching of student leaders.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of training and resources for student leaders.
- Assist in delivering program communications, ensuring content is appropriately adapted, accurately distributed, and approved in line with established standards.
- Organise and deliver events, activities and engagement initiatives that foster student belonging, connection and community.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with students, volunteers, student leaders, and internal stakeholders to support successful program delivery.
- Maintain and improve program processes, systems, records and schedules, ensuring effective administration, accurate participant data and continuous improvement.
- Support program delivery by collecting and analysing data, highlighting trends and operational issues, and contributing insights to inform continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports and provide evidence-based recommendations for program enhancement.

- Completion of a degree without subsequent relevant work experience or
- A diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or
- A certificate with extensive experience in a related field, or
- An equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and/or experience.
