Your Opportunity

As a People & Culture Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering a positive employee and leader experience across the organisation.

This is a true HR generalist role where you'll partner with leaders, support employees, and contribute to a high-performing, people-centred culture. As a trusted advisor, you'll provide practical guidance and coaching across a broad range of people matters and the employee lifecycle. You'll also provide day-to-day leadership and support to a direct report, whilst working closely with the P&C; Leads to support responsive, high-quality service delivery across the organisation.

Working as part of a collaborative People & Culture team, you'll support a range of portfolios and initiatives, balancing operational excellence with strategic partnership. You'll contribute to continuous improvement, workforce initiatives, and organisational projects while helping ensure our people practices remain contemporary, compliant, and aligned with our values.

Based at our Head Office in Long Gully, this position offers hybrid working arrangements and is classified under the SCHADS Award Level 5, Pay Point 1.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with leaders to provide trusted advice and coaching on people matters, employee relations and workforce planning.
- Lead and mentor a direct report, ensuring the delivery of responsive,



high-quality People & Culture services.
- Manage and oversee employee lifecycle processes, HR administration, contracts, workforce reporting and HRIS governance.
- Coordinate remuneration, performance review, reward and recognition programs, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance.
- Analyse workforce data and reporting to identify trends, support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Support P&C; Leads in delivering people initiatives across their respective portfolios.

What You'll Bring

- Qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in a HR Advisor or HR Generalist role.
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation, industrial instruments and contemporary HR practices.
- Experience providing practical, solutions-focused advice to leaders.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and HR systems experience.
- The ability to build trusted relationships, influence outcomes and handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Full work rights in Australia, obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
