About The Role
This newly created role is a broad, hands-on People & Culture position covering the full HR generalist mix , from day-to-day operations and compliance through to culture, engagement and people development. There are no direct reports and no payroll responsibilities attached to this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Coordinate performance review cycles
- Manage leave and day-to-day HR administration
- Support learning and development initiatives
- Liaise with external providers on HR-related legal, finance and administrative matters
- Support culture and employee engagement initiatives
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders as a trusted HR point of contact
- Maintain accurate HR records and system administration
- Support broader people-related projects as required
About You
- HR generalist or management experience
- A self-starter who is methodical, calm and a clear, direct communicator
- A strong relationship-builder across all levels of a business
- Resilient, warm and genuinely values a strong workplace culture
- Comfortable working autonomously with no direct reports
