Masters Pest Control – Central Coast

Full-Time | Monday–Friday + Rotating Saturday Roster | Competitive Wage + Performance Bonuses Masters Pest Control is looking for an experienced General Pest & Timber Pest Technician to join our growing Central Coast team.

We service a diverse portfolio of residential, strata and commercial clients across the Central Coast and are continuing to expand our presence in the region.

The Role

You'll carry out a varied range of pest management work including:

- General pest treatments
- Rodent management
- Residential and commercial pest management
- Strata pest control
- Termite and timber pest inspections
- Termite management and treatment work
- Pest identification and recommendations
- Preparing clear service reports, inspection reports and quotations
- Communicating findings and recommendations directly with customers

This is a full-time position suited to an experienced technician who is comfortable working independently while also being part of a supportive team.

What We're Looking For

You must:

- Hold current General Pest Control qualifications
- Hold Timber Pest qualifications
- Hold the appropriate pest management licence for the work being undertaken
- Have a current Australian driver's licence
- Have permanent working rights in Australia
- Be reliable, punctual and professional
- Communicate confidently with customers
- Be capable of completing accurate service and inspection documentation
- Take pride in the quality of your work




- Be comfortable identifying pest problems and recommending appropriate solutions
- Work safely and follow company procedures and industry requirements
- Be willing to work as part of a team where respect and professionalism are expected
