About the role

Termitrust Pest Control (Dubbo) is seeking a Pest Control Technician OR Pest Control Technician Trainee to join our growing team in Dubbo, NSW. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to develop a rewarding career in the pest control industry. You'll be based in Dubbo and will be responsible for delivering professional pest control services to our valued clients across the region.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct pest inspections and assessments at residential and commercial properties
- Apply pest control treatments using approved chemicals and equipment in accordance with safety regulations
- Identify pest species and determine the most effective treatment methods
- Provide customers with professional advice on pest prevention and management
- Maintain accurate records of treatments, chemicals used and customer feedback
- Ensure all work is carried out safely, professionally and to the highest standards
- Operate and maintain pest control equipment and vehicles
- Adhere to all relevant legislation, including the Storage and Handling of Dangerous Goods, chemical safety and environmental protection laws
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through reliable and courteous service
- Complete study to obtain Certificate III in Urban Pest Management (Trainee)

What we're looking for

- Current pest control licence (NSW) or willingness to obtain one whilst employed with us if you're a trainee
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team




- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's licence and reliable access to transport
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
- Problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Willingness to undertake and obtain Police Check and Working With Children Check
- Current vaccinations as required by our clients, and willingness to undertake medicals as required
