About the Role

We are seeking a Grade 1 Physiotherapist to join our team on a full-time fixed-term basis for 12 months.

As a Physiotherapist, you’ll play a key role in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care that is safe, effective and centred around each patient’s individual needs.

You will:

- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans based on each patient’s clinical presentation, goals and functional needs.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy interventions across a range of inpatient presentations.
- Work collaboratively with patients and their families to establish meaningful goals and support positive functional outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adapting treatment programs as required to support optimal recovery and independence.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with professional and organisational requirements.
- Actively contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions and collaborate with medical, nursing and Allied Health colleagues to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with patients, families, colleagues and relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilise evidence-based outcome measures and patient feedback to monitor clinical outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Participate in relevant departmental rosters, including weekend work where required.
- Contribute positively to a supportive, collaborative and patient-focused team environment.

About you To succeed in this role,



you will have experience providing evidence-based physiotherapy practices in a clinical setting, including the provision of hydrotherapy treatments. You will have strong clinical reasoning skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Successful applicants will be currently registered with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA). Post-graduate qualifications and experience in a relevant clinical area will be highly regarded.

The Benefits:

- Salary: $72,992 to 100,920 per annum, plus 12% superannuation
- 12 months full-time fixed term contract
