We currently have two positions available: Physiotherapist and Clinical Lead (Physiotherapy).

Physiotherapist

Range $80k-95k + Super | Above Award | Achievable 67% Weekly KPI

About the role:

- Deliver physiotherapy services across a caseload of aged care clients
- Tailor treatment approaches to individual needs, with caseloads matched to your skills and areas of comfort
- Work within a supportive team structure, with opportunities to build experience in new or specialised areas over time
- Support aged care clients with a range of presentations, including mobility/balance and falls prevention, progressive neurological conditions, and orthopaedic injuries

Clinical Lead (Physiotherapy)

Range $100-105k + Super | Above Award | Weekly KPI Reduced Per Clinical Supervisee

About the role:

- All of the above plus
- Provide physio clinicians with regular supervision
- Facilitate group, peer-led clinical education sessions

Successful Candidates Will Have:

- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA registration




- Experience in Community, Private Practice, or Hospital settings
- Experience using various outcome measures (DEMMI, PMS, TUG, 6MWT, VAS)
- Experience delivering services to a wide range of clientele
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrated ability to clinically supervise, mentor and support clinicians (Clinical Lead role)
