Selection Criteria:

- Holds AHPRA registration (or is in the final stages of registration and ready to commence in early 2027)
- Brings a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering evidence-based,



person-centred care
- Communicates effectively and builds positive relationships with patients, colleagues and the wider community
- Values working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary allied health team to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients
- Is eager to learn, seeks feedback and embraces opportunities for professional growth
- Shares Gen Health’s values and mission, with a proactive, community-minded approach to healthcare
- Is keen to develop their clinical skills across a broad private practice caseload, as outlined in our Position Description
- Brings a growth mindset and is excited to contribute to our supportive team culture, mentoring program and ongoing learning workplace
