ADENCO is a dynamic and rapidly growing business operating across Water Management, Electrical, Civil Construction, Groundwater Management and Dewatering. With long-term contracts, a strong pipeline of new projects and continued expansion across Western Australia, we are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our project team.

This role will be responsible for carrying out plumbing installation, maintenance and repair works across a range of construction, water management and infrastructure projects. You will work as part of a site-based team to ensure plumbing works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications, relevant Australian Standards and regulatory requirements.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and suitably qualified Plumber who can work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary project team.

Key responsibilities will include

- Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems, pipework, fittings and associated equipment.
- Reading and interpreting plans, drawings and specifications to determine plumbing requirements and layouts.
- Measuring, cutting, threading, bending and joining pipes using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Installing and maintaining water supply, pipeline and associated plumbing systems.
- Locating and repairing faults, leaks and damaged pipework.
- Testing plumbing systems, pipework and equipment to identify faults and ensure correct operation.
- Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance as required.
- Ensuring all work complies with relevant Australian Standards, plumbing regulations and project specifications.
- Completing required documentation, inspections and work records.
- Working closely with supervisors, project teams and other trades to coordinate site activities.




- Maintaining tools and equipment in a safe and serviceable condition.
- Complying with all company and client health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Relevant trade qualifications in plumbing.
- A current plumbing licence or the ability to obtain the required Australian plumbing licence.
- Demonstrated experience working as a Plumber in construction, infrastructure, industrial or similar environments.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing installation, maintenance and repair practices.
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans and specifications.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- A current Australian driver's licence or equivalent.
- The ability to meet site access and pre-employment requirements.

Experience working on remote construction, mining, water management or dewatering projects will be highly regarded.
